What is the best way to import vector graphics from Illustrator 10 to MS Word without them becoming blurry?

I have tried a number of file formats (gif, jpeg, and png) but the images continue to blur and dither when I use the "import picture" function of MS Word. Any advice on preparing and/or saving the images would be helpful.What is the best way to import vector graphics from Illustrator 10 to MS Word without them becoming blurry?
Perhaps try it the other way around:



Do not import your vector graphic, but export it to a image.



Use Illustrator to create a high resolution image and add that to you document.
