How do I install MS Office 2003 on Windows Vista?

I tried installing MS Office 2003 on my laptop which has Windows Vista, but I got an error message saying something along the lines of that it's not compatible. But it also said something about how there is a way it can be compatible, but it didn't say what the way is.... How can I get it to install? How do I install MS Office 2003 on Windows Vista?
MS KB: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929427/en-us

Looks like some components of Office 2003 are the issue.

You need the latest Vista Service pack: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935791/How do I install MS Office 2003 on Windows Vista?
Its always compatible... Try againHow do I install MS Office 2003 on Windows Vista?
Right click on the setup.exe (it will be something like that) and go into properties and look for an option to execute with WIndows XP complatibility, IF that doesn't work and you don't want more of a headache I will point you in the direction of OpenOffice.org, it's essentially the same thing as M$ Office except it is free and it will work on Vista :)
Go to the Control Panel and then click on "Uninstall a program". When you see a list of installed programs, type "office" into the search box to see if you already have a version of Office installed on your computer. (Hardware vendors often preinstall trial versions of it.) Uninstall any preexisting versions of Office and try installing Office 2003 again.

Office 2003 IS compatible with Windows Vista.

Also, I highly recommend Microsoft Office 2007. It is much more user-friendly and easy-to-use than Office 2003.
