If the word file is standardized (ie: each entry occurs in exactly the same order - name, address, city, state, zip, phone you could try manually editing your file into a delimited text file, and then importing them into Outlook. If some entries are missing fields, you will have a difficult time editing your file, but nothing's impossible...
