I have thousands of emails and I don't have time to add all the senders' email addresses to Contacts one by one. Is there a shortcut? Using MS Outlook 2002.
Thanks in advance for your help :)What's the fastest way to add all the email addresses in the Inbox to MS Outlook Contacts?
If adding means copying something in and making it proper -- you are out of luck
If you want them in your address book and they have properly formed names
open the email, double click on the address, the contact will open (or you can add it) and click "save"
Its then added. Problems arise when you end up with someone who's just "firstname.lastname@example.org" that's what you'll get when you search your contacts for her ailias, "mary smith"
