Is it possible to recall a document that i accidentally deleted in ms word ?

My Granddaughter accidentally deleted her assignment while trying to copy and paste it in ms word. I have no ideas of my own,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, but I have heard that someone who knows what they are doing can recall this document. If you happen to know please advise me so that I can help her get it back.Is it possible to recall a document that i accidentally deleted in ms word ?
If the contents are deleted on an open ms word.

Don't close the word and don't save the changes.

Just undo, you can go to Edit then Undo or click the curve blue arrow that means undo or shortcut is Ctrl-z (hold Ctrl and press z).

If it is the file that is deleted just go to Recycle Bin then restore the file.

If your granddaughter might have used cut and paste instead of copy and paste. You may also paste on another ms word the deleted contents, it might still be in cache. Is it possible to recall a document that i accidentally deleted in ms word ?
Was the whole document deleted or just the text? If it was the whole document, look for it in your recycling bin. It is the picture of the trashcan on your desktop. If it was recently deleted it should be there. If it was just the text press the undo button or Ctrl+Z.Is it possible to recall a document that i accidentally deleted in ms word ?
There is an arrow button in MS Word that is pointing like this : %26lt;---, it means UNDO, some times that option surfaces. Press that arrow button, and it will undo the accidental deletion.
