What exams i need to qualify for ms?
And is it necessary to have a job experience to get a job after that,or having a job experience is preferred while placement?
If yes,how many years job ex is needed?

As far as employment, the economy in America is very, very bad now. So the chance that you will be able to stay here after you graduate is very slim (the average search time for a job is a year, and you cannot stay very long on a student VISA after you graduate). As far as experience goes they usually want 2-5 years of it, so it is very hard for new graduates to find employment.
