What is the MS Word tool that shows all the formatting?

Is there a tool in MS Word that shows all of the formatting in your document including carriage returns, pages breaks, margins, etc.

You don't say what version of Word you are using.



Ctrl-Shift-* will show non-printing characters including carriage returns.



In Word 2007 and 2010, press Shift-F1 to show Formatting task pane. Click in different parts of doc to see what formatting is applied in that area.
