Whenever I open MS word, the "header and footer" is always hidden. I want it viewed in Print Layout. To be able to do it, I have to go to View%26gt;Header and Footer, then double click on he page. I don't want to go through this process all the time. What should I do?How do i make the whole margin in MS Word appear?
In Word 2003 or earlier, click on Tools | Options | View tab | check the "White space between pages" box | OK.
In Word 2007, click on Office Button | Word Options | Display | check the "Show white space between pages in Print Layout view" box | OK.
