What is the procedure to get settle in USA after MD/MS or DNB in India?

I would like to know, how can get into Medical system of USA after MD/MS in India? Shall i have to do residency before beginning with practice? And what about after DNB? Will it be done after cracking USMLE? What will be more time saving please tell me.
