What is the best way to export MS Word names and addresses into MS Outlook?

For example, if a Word file has addresses shown as:

Jane Doe

123 Main Street

Anywhere, NY 10001

123-456-7890



How can this information be easily moved into MS Outlook Contacts without having to manually separate each piece of info (ie City, State, Zip) into separate fields?What is the best way to export MS Word names and addresses into MS Outlook?
If the word file is standardized (ie: each entry occurs in exactly the same order - name, address, city, state, zip, phone you could try manually editing your file into a delimited text file, and then importing them into Outlook. If some entries are missing fields, you will have a difficult time editing your file, but nothing's impossible...
