Is there a way to convert a MS-DOS program to something that will run on newer computers?

At work we use a program that someone write for us using MS-DOS. We are looking into changing it to something more current so we can use new computers. The program was written about 15 years ago. I was hoping there would be a some what easy way to redue it without having to rewrite the whole program. Any help would be great. If I have to rewrite it, what is a good program to use?Is there a way to convert a MS-DOS program to something that will run on newer computers?

Why not just download DosBox (MS-DOS emulator) and run it in a window in Windows OS?Is there a way to convert a MS-DOS program to something that will run on newer computers?
the only way this would be possible is if you have the original source code from which the program was compiled
Stop being cheap. Make a new program! Is there a way to convert a MS-DOS program to something that will run on newer computers?
No, there isn't without the orginal source.

However there is a program called DOSBOX that can emulate DOS.

This program is often used when porting programs that worked on dos to work on modern systems
